Luxurious Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese frosting
In my opinion this is my wife’s most amazing dessert, the super moist and amazing carrot cake. She does this all from scratch, including the frosting. I’ve said many times, I’m not a dessert person, just give me another helping of what was for dinner. (No big belly jokes please, lol) This is one of those desserts that will tempt me. As soon as I see her starting to grate those carrots my tongue starts doing a happy dance as it knows what’s coming. All those spices and fresh chopped southern pecans makes every bite a textural bliss. I’ve never been a fan of icing on a cake but that fresh cream cheese spread she makes is out of this world. mmmMMmm my mouth is drooling already.
