Fajita Quesadilla
This cheesy, fresh homemade pico de gallo, beef fajita quesadilla is a hit every single time I make it. It’s a great addition to any finger food serving tray for little house parties or get together.
They are super simple to make and you can add fresh tortilla chips, sour cream, salsa or even some (my fav) borracho beans as an accompaniment.
