Shepard’s Pie

I’ve always been intrigued by British cuisine and today I tried my hand at Shepard’s pie. I used fresh lamb chops when I cut into small chunks rather than grinding for texture. I also of course gave it a spice kick as well .. Cajun flair and all that.

It came our very well for a first attempt and I got quite a few compliments from coworkers. I know it will only get better from here.
